The Graphic Truth: Things That Usually Happen in September
Yep. It’s that time of year again, folks. And baseball fans the world over have an eye on the purple and black.
With good reason.
Their three and four guys are murdering. Everyone.
Did I mention Tulo’s hair?
Believe me. There are two whole weeks left in the schedule; and this is gonna get good.
Hate me ‘cuz it’s the thing to do, just don’t hate me ‘cuz I’m right.
Peace,
Jeff

well the ideal situation for me would be for the the Purple team to take the division and that the NL WC would not come from the NL West!

Since the Cards officially threw in the towel tonight against the Pirates, I guess we have to watch the pending 3 teams in the West pursue at least 3 games in the post season….

Emma — I’d be down for that. We know the Dodgers haven’t a shot. I’d like to see the Pads do it too.
Peter — I guess you’re right. But is there anything wrong with that? I welcome it at this point.

You’re getting excited about the NL West? You must really be in denial about the Cardinals. LOL. I hope it’s either the Padres or Giants who I can see a game in CA.

That was supposed to be SO I can see a game in CA. Still early for me and my brain.
Yep. Sad to say it, Jane, but it’s true. All eyes on the NL West now. And no worries about the brain malfunction. It’s pretty common around here. Just look at the stuff Allen writes. LOL.

I still remember the Rays being mentioned as comparable to the 2007 Rockies in 2008. But who would have thought a team in a city with one of the worst baggage claim sections would have a power hitter named CarGo?
Only in Denver.
Guess after that, someone will make me eat a plate of Rockie Mountain oysters…Not!
