Jeff,
I could just see this imagine this same scene after the debacle by the bay the other night. Washington has seemed to try an overanalyse this World Series, and he is 0-2 so far.
Doesn’t mean he is an idiot, but maybe Crash Davis was right when he told Ebby “Nuke” LaLoosh in “Bull Durham”…”Do not think, it can only hurt the basllclub”.
Maybe a little brisket with Texas BBQ sauce will calm his nerves and let the game flow again…..maybe.
